The RNDOA is a volunteer organization working with the Alderman, RNRA, RNA, Park District and other relevant city and community groups to further establish River North as a dog friendly community. We seek to lessen government burden by promoting responsible dog ownership and seek to develop and maintain areas where dogs can safely recreate and exercise without interfering with others in the community. We provide a vehicle of communication and education between dog owners and non-dog owners, inform the community of news and events, address safety concerns, and promote responsible dog ownership and etiquette, easing possible tension between dog owners and non-dog owners.
